2011 Pool Pass Hours will begin on April 4, 2011 at the Maredith Management Offices.
Monday - Wednesday 7:30am - 6:00pm
Thursday 7:30am - 7:00pm
The Maredith Management Offices will be open for pool pass processing from 10:00am - 2:00pm on the following Saturdays:

Please have your pool pass registration form completed before you arrive to expedite the process. Any parties over the age of five (5) must be present to have their photo taken.

No Electronic Pool Pass for 2011 .. see note below
All above communities utilize electronic pool passes. Your pool pass will be good forever and will be activated and deactivated each summer remotely. There is a $25.00 replacement fee for pool passes. Please come into the Maredith Office to have your pool pass processed.
Princeton Square Homeowners will not require electronic pool passes for the 2011 summer season. Members in good standing may present a valid id for access to the community pool.
Pool Pass Re-activation
Important information for homeowners who have had their pool pass privileges revoked for nonpayment:
In an effort to ensure that all members in good standing have access to the community pool Maredith Management will review and update previously delinquent accounts on a weekly basis. After we receive notification from the association’s attorney that an account has been paid in full we will provide for re-activation on Thursday to ensure access over the upcoming weekend.
If you have a delinquent account and would like to regain access to the pool please contact the association’s attorney.
