Meetings are always the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm at Maredith Management.
Costs are as follows:
- Residential applications : $35 / every meeting, unless the Board requests additional appearances
- Use approval : $100
- Sign approval application: $150
- Commercial site plan application: $600 base fee plus $4.00 a square foot
- Minor plan changes (site, architectureal, landscape, signage, etc.): $200.00
- Temporary Banners: $50.00 - 90 days (no more than twice a year)
- Miscellaneous Fee: $100.00 - any items not covered on the fee schedule
